We try
to make filing bankruptcy as painless as possible and see clients by appointment only to preserve your privacy.
Most of our clients file Chapter 7
bankruptcy as a last resort to STOP creditor harassment or to
keep their wages or bank account from being garnished due to a judgment or anticipated
judgment. Many also file to stop the sale of their home due to foreclosure so they will not
be homeless.
What we can't do. Florida Bankruptcy Services cannot make your
decisions for you or give you legal advice BUT we can prepare all
the documents necessary for you to file your Chapter 7 or Chapter 13
bankruptcy in the Florida bankruptcy court with complete accuracy.
Live outside the Tampa Bay Area? If you're willing to see us
we can prepare your bankruptcy petition for you in our office while
you wait. It will take a few hours but it's worth it because
you will leave our office with your bankruptcy petition in hand -
ready to file.
You can also send us all the documents we need via FEDERAL EXPRESS ONLY
and we can prepare all the necessary documents you need to file your
Chapter 7 bankruptcy and then Fedex your completed documents back to
you. Note: Please note we only accept Fedex.
